He was predeceased by: his parents, Petar Papic and Ana Papic of Croatia; and his siblings, Bogdan and Nada. He is survived by: his wife Smilja; his children, Brankica (Rob) and Ana (Jay); his grandchildren, Aleksandar, Christopher, Michael, Amelia and Maya; and his siblings, Mirko, Dushanka and Draga Bobek. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
