He is survived by: his wife Dien; and his children, Linda (John), Henry (Alice), Gerald (Margie), Ed (Brian), Jane (John) and Steve (Lisa). He is also survived by brother and sister in Canada, 2 sisters in The Netherlands and many in-laws and nieces and nephews.
