He was predeceased by: his sister Karen. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Marie Bull and Marc Turner (Susan); his grandchildren, Olivia, Makayla, Jillian and Justin; and his siblings, Keith, Nancy and Terry. He is also survived by his family and friends.
