He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marilyn (Hupple); his children, John, Faustina of Oakville, Jennifer, James Matthews of Alliston, Daniel and Dina of Burlington; and his grandchildren, McKenna, Malachi, Alexandra and Christopher.
