He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Julinha; his children, Louis (Valencia), Eduardo (Dawna), Guida (Alberto), Mario (Joy) and Suzy; his grandchildren, Angie, Stefanie, Valerie, Victoria, Geoffrey, Kyle, Jamie, Daniel, Johnathan and Alexandra; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Sofia, Nicolas, Logan, Ava, Iyla, Madison, Alessia and Anthony.

Visitation was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Visite Turner & Porter - Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S1P4). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM and at 11:30 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (706 Old Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M6N3B8).
