She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Spaulding and Lydia Smith Spaulding; her husband George Lepage; and her brothers, Arlington and Raymond.
She is survived by: her family, Patty Meertens (Ron) and Kim Spaulding Arnold; and also, Jocelyn, Derek, Benjamin, Bryce, Kristin, Joshua and Shannon. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations in Mary's name to the "Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital Foundation" or the "Mount Elgin Cemetery Fund".
