She is survived by: her siblings, Cathy (Bert Metcalfe), Joyce (Dan Wilson), Judy Blue, Barry Blue (Sandra), Jerry Blue (Darlene) and Jeff Blue (Tyler). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In her spare time, Marilyn also enjoyed donating and volunteering in her community.
