He was predeceased by: his father Murray; his siblings, Christine and Darrell; his father-in-law Glenn Gilmore; and his brother-in-law Terry Shortt.
He is survived by: his significant other Sherry; his children, Jason Fallowfield (Jessie), Jennifer Fallowfield and Jeremy Fallowfied (Melissa); his grandchildren, Eric, Dylan (Kaylee), Preston, Brody, Rayne (Richard), Alexa and Aliyah; his mother Sandra; his brothers, Brian and Greg (Pam); his mother-in-law Wanda Gilmore; and his siblings-in-law, Mark Gilmore (Helen), Lee Gilmore (Sherry), Virginia Shortt and Marsha Zemnicky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
