He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Sr. and Dorothy Dyess Middlebrooks. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Middlebrooks; his siblings, John H. Middlebrooks Jr. of Pagosa Springs, CO and Mallary Ingaglio (Tom) of Houston; his parent-in-law Marie Kroeger; his brother Phil Barnett of Burnet; his sister-in-law Susan Barnett of Burnet; and also Lloyd Kroeger.
