He is survived by: his brothers, Tony and Pietro; his wife Elvira; his children, Jack Provenzano (Michelle), Mary Pucci (Michael) of Boston, Daniella Rusyn (Borys) and Vince Provenzano; his grandchildren, Danielle Provenzano, Jonathon Provenzano (Nancy), Nicholas Pucci, Jessyca Rusyn, Thomas Rusyn and Christina Provenzano; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Fernyc and Matthew Fernyc. He is also survived by sister in Italy, many nieces nephews and other relatives.
