He was predeceased by: his siblings, Roy Haavisto, Walter Haavisto and May Walsh; his nephews, Leonard Redden and Lorne Frost Jr; and his niece Cassandra Haavisto.
He is survived by: his pet Jesus; his daughter Rebekka; and his sisters, Salme Frost and Joyce Redden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
