It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John De Jong (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 85, on October 1, 2018. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Jo Scherders; and his parents, Maria and Jacobus. He is survived by: his wife Riet; his children, Diane Nekuliak (Brad), Ingrid Britt (Donald) and Yvonne Bruno (Mimo); and his grandchildren, Nicole (Matt), Chelsea (Kalyn), Brody, Tyson and Nicholas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of John may be made to Autism Ontario, Thunder Bay and District Chapter.
