He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Hamilton and James Francis Carskaddon; and his stepfather Richard Raymond Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife María of Jesús; his children, Kay Hart (Matt) and Victor Hamilton (James Richard Hamilton); his grandchildren, Donald (Amber) and Victor; and his stepchildren, Gabriel Gonzalez, Margarita Marques, Richard, Gabriela Burdell, Alan, Amparo Apodaca and Marcos. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
