Jake Allen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jake Allen (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on October 6, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Daisy Axelson, Wilf Axelson, June Guarasci, Rudy Guarasci and Burton Allen.
He is survived by: his brother Erik; his parents, Judy and Norm; his brother Curt; and his sisters-in-law, Julie, Winnie, Indie, Sophie and Billie.
