He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Coghlan and Marian Coghlan of Thunder Bay; his sisters, Patsy Lauzon, Mary Therese Story and Dorothy Milanese; and his daughter Helen Roy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Myrtle Coghlan, Colleen Chiasson, Joseph Coghlan, Robert Coghlan, Norma Balacko (Winnipeg), Sharon Martindale (Kitchener) and Sam Coghlan (Harrington).
