Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gail Yanyk (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away at the age of 76, on January 19, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Holopainen and George Holopainen; her siblings, Jodie and Bill; her grandson Andre; her parents-in-law, Frances and Alec; and her sisters-in-law, Rose (Alf) and Nagia.

She is survived by: her children, Randy (Susan), Pat Prevost (Jerry), Carol Yanyk (Jay) and Debbie Hutton (Rob); her grandchildren, Michelle, Benjamin, Jhennyl (Branden), Alyssa-Rose (Jamie), Hannu, Melissa (Chris), Daniel, Roy and Trisha; her stepgrandchildren, Christine (Clint) and Albert; her great grandchildren, Jasmine and Leo; her nephews, Kyle and Edward; and her niece Suzanne.
