It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie Irene Rickards (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on November 13, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Dad (Allen Edward Rickards); her children, Christopher Stokaluk (Rhiannon), Sarah Luczak (Filip) and Kristin Jones; and her great grandchild Jack Stokaluk. She is also survived by her 4 daughters and one son.
