He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen; his children, Alana (Mike), Nick (Ashleigh), Katie, Danielle (Steve) and Robbie (Sarah); his grandchildren, Jayda, Trenton, Blakely, Everett and Jane; his pet Timber; his mother Marlene Powell; his mother-in-law Marjorie Cameron Eberhardt; his stepfather-in-law Alfred Eberhardt; his siblings, Dwayne Powell (Lillian), Derek Powell (Pat) and Billy Powell; and his brother-in-law Billy Cameron (Karen). He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TBRHSC-Northern Cancer Fund on behalf of Robert Powell.
