He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Quinlan and Julia Quinlan. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Quinlan; and his children, Wayne Quinlan (Nadia) and Jacqueline Quinlan. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
