With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelyn Irene Cummings (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on May 1, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roy; and her daughter Karen. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alexis and Ryan; and her brothers, Ken and Bob. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, coworkers.
