She was predeceased by: her parents, John Collins and Jean Collins. She is survived by: her husband Tim; her children, Darcie Carter (Douglas) and Courtney Sendzik (Lawrence Buhler); her grandchildren, Avery, Asher, Clark, Noah and Kaydence; her sister Claire Dougherty (John); her brother-in-law Jim Sendzik (Maja); her uncle Allan Cotterill; and her family, Thank You', Dr. Patel, Nora, Kim and Monica. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.
Memorial donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre will be appreciated by her family.
