He was predeceased by: his father Anatole Chernick; and his father-in-law Karel. He is survived by: his wife Mandy; his children, Lumi 'Alycia', Gavin (Lexie) and Quintin; his mother Brenda Chernick; his brother Jeff (Susan); his mother-in-law Angela; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda (Bobby), Raymond and Donald (Heather). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and 1 new great nephew.
