He was predeceased by: his spouse Edith Kathrina Belton; his son Danny; and his parent Isobel Belton. He is survived by: his children, Kim MacDonald (Brenda) of Owen Sound and Sandi MacDonald (Gregg) of Orangeville; his parent William Belton; his siblings, Donna Allen of Levack, Jim Belton and Ian Belton; his siblings-in-law, Betty Belton of Meaford, Mildred McIntosh, Isabel Wolstenholme and Bill Seymour of Orillia; his daughter-in-law Donna Belton-Smith; and his niece Bev Lovick (Reg). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
