She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Scheurwater; her siblings, Dina, Gerrit Grevers, Willem (Pas), Hendrik (Pas), Gerhard, Kim (Pas), Jan (Pas), Bernard (Pas) and Evie (Pas); and her parents-in-law, Aaltje Scheurwater, Geert Van Lith (Mien), Johanna van Valburg (Gerrit), Cornelia Bos (John), Toon Verbeek (Jo) and Wout Scheurwater (Jantje).

She is survived by: her children, Bernice (Carmon Courtney), Bill (Glenda Scheurwater), Aileen (Michael Alemu), John (Ann Scheurwater), Joyce Scheurwater, Eric Scheurwater and Linda Ann (William McGrail); and her siblings, Johan, Phyllis (Pas), Arie (Pas), Frits and Sally (Pas). She is also survived by many relatives, extended family and friends.
