Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jesse Clements (Tara, Ontario), born in Owen Sound, Ontario, who passed away at the age of 43, on January 4, 2020. He was predeceased by: his father John Clements; and his stepfather Rick Gilder. He is survived by: his mother Lois Jane Clements (Hemstock); his children, Ayden Clements and Hailey Jennen (Dennis Macumber) of London; his siblings, Colin of Port Clements, B. C. and Dawn (Eli) of Port Clements, B. C.; and his grandsons, Malcolm and Myles Macumber.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a trust fund which will be established for Ayden's education (please make cheques payable to Heidi Clements) would be appreciated.
