He was predeceased by: his mother Katie Hoefnagels. He is survived by: his spouse Carmel Hoefnagels; his children, Courtney and Emily Hoefnagels; his father Tony Hoefnagels; and his siblings, Corinna Brown and Shawn Hoefnagels (Sarah). He is also survived by his many extended family and his countless friends.
