He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gerber and Annie Gerber; and his siblings, Mary Steif, Florence Kropf (David), Mattie Bast (Sanford) and Amos Gerber (Mary Ellen).
He is survived by: his children, Wayne (Bill), Dan (Verna) and Susan (Britt); his grandchildren, Matthew (Mariah), Colin (Mariangela), Kimberly (Ian), Kent (Sarah), Andrea (Tory) and Adrienne (Alex); his great grandchild Myla; and his friend Marion Faull.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the W. G. Young Funeral Home (430 Huron St, Stratford, ON N5A5T7). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
