It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Mabel (Kennedy) Gilmer (South Mountain, Ontario), who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Kennedy and Bertha Kennedy; her brother Carl Kennedy; and her brothers-in-law, Donald Elliott and Claire Porteous.

She is survived by: her husband Dalton Gilmer; her daughters, Sherri and Darlene (Randy Severson); her siblings, Sheila Elliott, Marie Porteous, Beverly Richardson, Debra Gaw (Paul), Lyle Kennedy (Yves) and Donald Kennedy; her parents-in-law, Douglas Gilmer (Eleanor) and Anne Buker; and her granddaughter Groveton.

Memorial donations to the Heckston United Church or the L.O.L 143 Edwardsburg would be greatly appreciated by the family.
