He was predeceased by: his wife Wilhelmina (Dijkhuizen). He is survived by: his children, Jan (Anne), Maria (James), Ava (Wayne), Michael and Bruce (Bobbie Jean); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Sean, Jeremia, Batina, Joseph, Nathan, Cole, Natalie and Neil; his great grandchildren, Summer, Willow, Lilly, Avery, Kaylie and Jaxson; and his sisters, Aaf and Annie.
