It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Ann Burns (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Burns; her grandchild Courtney Gibbs; her parents, John Moran and Mary Moran; and her siblings, Mamie Cunningham and Jim Moran.

She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Gibbs (Steve), Robert Burns and Debbie Bristow (Jeff); her grandchildren, Matthew (Jennifer), Jacob (Ashley), Paige Foster (Naj), Logan (Darian), Hailey Burns, Taylor Bristow (Katie) and Kayla McCallum (Bryce); and her great grandchildren, Allyson, Brooklyn, Brady, Ariella and Amara. She is also survived by her many extended family, and friends.
