It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Rose Foster (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Patricia Stewart; her husband Allan Joseph Foster; her parents, Alice Warren (Barber-Evoy) and Harry Whitmore; her mothers-in-law, Freida McCullough-Buchanan, Joyce De La Franier (Bill), Betty Ringer (Don), Lorna Typhair (Ken), June Wilson (Fred) and Faye McCutcheon (Lloyd); her brother Donald Warren; and her brother-in-law Richard Stewart.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Ann Warren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
