It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Elizabeth Cook (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Leonard Cook; her daughter Cathie Bernicky; and her siblings, Carl Bolton (Reba), Allan Bolton (Betty) and Marion Clarke (Bud).
She is survived by: her children, Brenda St. Dennis (Steven) and Norman Cook (Patsy); her grandchildren, Anna (Mike), Robin (Scott), Joseph (Erika), Natalie (Justin), Mallory, Simon, Jim Bob and Terry; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Garrett, Matteo, Leona, Vivienne, Adeline, Holly (George) and Kate (Jack). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
