He was predeceased by: his child Terry; his parents, George Worthing and Elsie Worthing; his sister Lillian Gay Discher (Laurie); and his sister-in-law Patricia Schmahl (Del).

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Tim (Tammy), Evan and Connie (Juv); his grandchildren, Tom, Terry (Sara), Johnny (Nicole), Christin, Kaley, Brandon and Liam; and his great grandchildren, Adelina and Jacob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.

Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
