Rita Fortino Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Fortino (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on June 17, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita Fortino to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her significant other Francesco; her children, Silvana and Frankie; her parents, Gaetano Giordano and Saveria Giordano; her parents-in-law, Santo and Rosina Fortino; and her siblings, Teresa Gaudio, Marietta Presta, Agata Presta, Angelina Pacifico, Eugenio Giordano, Salvatore Giordano, Lauretta Greco, Michele Giordano and Giuseppe Giordano.

She is survived by: her child Rossana; and her siblings-in-law, Ida Gatto Hamilton (Michele), Virginia Bozzo, Annina Filice, Giuseppe Fortino and Michele Fortino.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donation to the Algoma Regional Community Hospital (ARCH) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
