She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Lion; her parents, Minerva McQuarrie and Neil McQuarrie; and her brother Ken McQuarrie (late Hazel). She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Power (David Devoe); her stepchildren, Melanie Boyce, Wayne Lion (Esther), Gail Maich (Gerald), Garry Lion (Ana) and Murray Lion; her granddaughters, Julia, Alison and Laura; and her siblings, Shirley Scott (Tom), Ron McQuarrie (Joanne) and Ruth Marshall (late Charles). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
