It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Lombardo (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on November 26, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maria Lombardo to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francesco Muia and Ines Muia; her parents-in-law, Domenico and Maria Rosa Lombardo; her siblings, Giuseppina Niceforo (late Nicolino) and Giuseppe Muia (Gemma); and her siblings-in-law, Ines Guarneri (late Alfredo), Teresa Lombardo, Leda Capelleri (late Domenico), Nicola Lombardo (Cecilia) and Giuseppe Lombardo (Melina).

She is survived by: her husband Gaetano Lombardo; her child Domenic Lombardo (Barbara); her siblings, Nicola Muia (Laura) and Domenico Muia (Graziella); and her sibling-in-law Stella Lombardo (late Gaetano). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, mass intentions in memory of Maria Lombardo, memorial donations to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, or the charity of one's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
