She was predeceased by: her spouse Michele Fata; her child Tullio Fata; her parents, Emilia Fucile (Longo) and Luigi Sconza Fucile; her siblings, Domenic Sconza Fucile (Francesca) and Linda Giglio (late Antonio) of France; her parents-in-law, Luigi Fata and Carmela (Pino) of Italy; and her brothers-in-law, Francesco Fata (late Carmela) of Italy and Pasquale Fata (late Carmina) of Italy.

She is survived by: her children, Francis Fata (Denise Samson-Nadeau) and Lidia Italia; her grandchild Fabiana Italia; and her sister-in-law Rosaria Pino (late Antonio) of France.
