She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles Blake (Charlie); her parent Celinda Fiacconi; her aunts, Mario Fiacconi (Mary), George Fiacconi (Helen), Georgina Nino (Anthony), Emma Euale (August), John Cauduro, Tony Cauduro (Amelia), Gildo Cauduro (Loretta), Valentino Cauduro (Natalie) and Inglesina Vendramin (Louis); and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Gore and Billy-Joe Blake of Illinois.
She is survived by: her parent Richard Fiacconi of Sault Ste; her aunts and uncles, Enis Perugini (late Leno) and Leno Fiacconi (Vilma); and her sibling-in-law Cheryl Lynn Robinson (Earl) of Illinois. She is also survived by her many cousins, friends.
