She was predeceased by: her parents, Belford Wood and Margurite Wood; her daughter Roberta Cain (Pat); and her grandson Joshua. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Anna Marie Coulas (Les), Llyod (Jean) and Laura-Jill Stevenson (Tim); her grandchildren, Bobby, Lindsay, Lesley-Anne (Clayton), Courtney (Shaun), Aaron (Kayla), Brittany, Noah, Bill (Brianne), T. J. (Jen), Katherine, Samantha and Adam (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Jake, Jordyn, Patrick, Emma, Rosie, Braeden, Carina and Xavier.

In lieu of flowers, donations (payable by cheque or online) can be made to North Shore Health Network Mathews Site Auxiliary or to Mental Health Algoma.
