He was predeceased by: his stepparent Edward Lay. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Anne Martin and Frank DiMichelle; his brothers, Don, Marty and Asher; his nephews, Brandon Lay and Zack Lay; and his aunts and uncles, Jim, Don, Ross, Keith, Vickie and Donna.
