She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie Lambert and Terry Lambert. She is survived by: her husband Richard Proulx; her child Bobbi-Lynn St. Jules; her siblings, Tracey Currie (Brian), Keith, Dale, Terry and Corey; and her grandchildren, Devon, Nathan and Ryan. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations (payable by cheque) to SickKids Foundation or Women In Crisis would be appreciated by the family.
