He was predeceased by: his wife Daria (Berardi); his parents, Dominic D'Addario and Nicoletta D'Addario (Fontana); his siblings, Gregory, Mario and Ada; and his siblings-in-law, Marisa Mincone (late Salvatore) and Dino Berardi (Concetta).

He is survived by: his children, Caterina (Cathy), Domenic (Charlene), Nick (Teresa) and Frank; his grandchildren, Amanda (Anthony), Carmen (Sarah), Adrian Grandinetti (Diana), Joshua, Alexa, Julia and Daria D'Addario; his great grandchildren, Abby, Jake, Rylee and Katie Grandinetti; his sibling-in-law Nicolina Talucci (late Carmen); and also Ernie.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) with Father Boguslaw Jaroszek officiating.
