She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Fazi; and her grandparents, Jaqueline and Frank Lorenzo. She is survived by: her daughter Sadie Janes; and her brother Frank Fazi. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local Humane Society or TAAG.
