He was predeceased by: his child Russell; his parents, Harry John Bailey and Sarah (Percival); his siblings, Marlene Knight, Nancy Wilson and Melvin; and his mother-in-law Josephine Byrne.
He is survived by: his wife Tricia (Byrne); his son Greg (Leslie); and his siblings, Bill, David (Lynn), Kathy (Doug) and Anne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
