He is survived by: his spouse Diane (VanRyswyck); his children, Eric (Amy), Nicole Fitzpatrick (Jason) and Karen Eby (Will); his grandchildren, Jack, Hannah, Brandon, Charlotte, Zoë and Papa; and his siblings, Jo Anne, Ted Gariepy, Bob Luyben, Cathy Luyben, Marlene Spanjers, Henry Spanjers, Anita D'Hulster, Greg D'Hulster, Astrid, Peter, Jane, Gene, Leroy and Karen Van Ryswyck.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, or Ronald McDonald House of Southwestern Ontario (cheques accepted) would be appreciated.
