She was predeceased by: her husband Hariss Besner; her parents, Lionel Villeneuve and Simone Villeneuve; and her brothers, Simon (Irene), Robert (Lorraine), Roderick (Claire), Michael (Susan), André (Mary-Ellen), Bernard (Francoise), Léo (Marie-Paule), James and John.
She is survived by: her children, Gilles (Josée Boileau) of L'Orignal, Johanne Labelle (Richard) of St Isidore, Denise Deschamps (Marc) of St. Isidore and Yves (Karinne Dessureault) of Cantley, QC.; and her grandchildren, Janic, Victor-Daniel, Véronique, Anick, Dominic, Angelique, Chanel, Estée, Claudia, Alec and William.
