He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Millward and Cecile Millward; his wife Madeline Millward; his children, Michele Deketelaere (Dan), Tim Millward and Sandra Millward; his grandchildren, Holly Micks, Nicole Look, Jason Low, Kristen Heyink, Michael Low, Haley Bogaert, Bailey Millward and Chase Bogaert; and his brother James Millward.
