He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Davis and Cathleen Davis (Lindsay); his siblings, Dr. Ron Davis and Kathleen Davis; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Walker, Alan 'Tub' Walker (Doloris) and David Walker.

He is survived by: his wife Geraldine 'Gerrie' (Walker); his children, Dean Davis (Susan Richmond) of Ridgetown, Lynn Davis of Toronto and Marty Davis of Airdrie Alberta; and his sisters-in-law, Colleen Davis of New Jersey, Norma Barr (late Jim) of London, Sheila Stafford (late Lawrence) of London, Phyllis Mennell (Harry) of London, Helen Johnston (late Len) of London, Carol Hawkins (late Don) of London and Judy Walker of London. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
