He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Jackie and Marian Mackay. He is survived by: his children, Dianne Ingwersen (Mark) and Rob (Katherine Scott); and his grandchildren, Stephanie (Matt), Melissa (Rob), Michelle (Craig), Charlotte, Liam, Audrey and Lachlan.
