Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jack Madden (Richmond Hill, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 74, on November 7, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy Madden and Ernest Madden; and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Madden Procyk; his grandson Jack; his brother Patrick (Sherry); his son Ken Procyk; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Big Jack, Jacko and Julian.

In lieu of the celebration of life that cannot take place due to the pandemic, a proper farewell will take place in June 2021 at the family cottage.
